Annie Castilla (She/Her)
Annie is an experienced professional with a strong foundation in behavioral health, education, and leadership. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Binghamton University while working at the Institute for Child Development as a teacher’s aide. After graduating she went on to serve as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg.
After her time in the Army, Annie went on to earn her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western New England University. As part of her practicum, she worked at the prestigious New England Center for Children (NECC) as a teacher and student case manager. At NECC, she coordinated with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective behavior analytic services to students. She also presented her research on the Performance Diagnostic Checklist – Human Services (PDC-HS) at the Massachusetts Professionals in Behavior Analysis conference (BABAT).
In her free time, Annie enjoys spending time with her husband and their three dogs. She enjoys trying new foods, reading, and tending to her many, many houseplants.
