For our new outpatient office in Endicott, New York. Strong CFs are encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate has successful experience and knowledge of child development and
working with children and adults with autism spectrum disorder. Experience and knowledge of
assistive technology and feeding skills is a plus. The position involves conducting evaluations
and sessions in private homes and in our office setting.
Job Description
- Evaluate and assess clients’ speech and
language skills - Evaluate and assess feeding skills, as
needed - Develop a plan of care to include goals
and objectives - Working with families/caregivers to
facilitate carryover of learning activities - Documentation of evaluations and
treatment sessions in a timely, accurate
and complete manner - Data collection
- Communication with providers (including
BCBA, BT and any applicable outside
provider) - Attend weekly clinical meetings

Skill Requirements:
- Possess an ability to work both
independently (CF supervision is
available as needed) and within a team - Possess an ability to write concise reports
and maintain records - Possess good organizational skills
- Possess good problem solving and
decision making - Possess good communication skills
- Knowledge of child development
- Experience with children with ASD
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to travel to varying locations as
needed - Required completion of a masters
program (if applying as a CF) - Required NY State Licensure and active
ASHA Certification.
