Shane is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, licensed in Connecticut in 2025. Shane received his undergraduate degree from Skidmore College in Psychology in 2022, and a Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western Connecticut State University in 2024.

Shane has experience working with a variety of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, with learners as young as 2 and as old as 70. Shane has served individuals as a life skills instructor, behavior therapist, registered behavior technician, and lead registered behavior technician for the past 5 years, primarily serving individuals with ASD in clinic, home, and school settings. Shane has delivered and created programming for a variety of skills including toileting, feeding, functional communication, and fostering independence. When not in the office Shane enjoys hiking, reading, playing video games, and traveling with his fiance Sydney.
